Christmas Craft Fair
Christmas Craft Fair 2025
This year we added a Santa’s grotto to the Christmas Craft Fair experience. The committee gathered all their christmas trees and decorations together and managed to create the prettiest Grotto you ever did see. It took 6 1/2 hours to create and an hour to take down.
The Christmas craft fair sold out in record time, 19 hours to be exact from advertisement to final table being sold. Each stall holder was given a table, chair and a voucher for a free tea or coffee.
Cllr Danielle Belton sponsored us for a huge Sparkly Back Drop from Be Personal Events which coupled with a 9ft Santa, loaned by Little Lodge Garden Centre, created the most spectacular entrance and greeting to our community.
The whole day sparkled along with a steady stream of visitors which we were so happy to see. From Parents, children and the halls’ very own Giggle Patrol.
Until we balance the books we don’t know yet how much we managed to raise for the hall. Watch this space for news.
Our Craft Fair 2023
A lot of happy faces and many giggles were heard around the hall throughout the day. Santa’s Little Helpers sprinkling joy throughout the hall. Even though it did rain. It didn’t stop our wonderful community joining us with our fabulous stall holders. The hall managed to raise £485 to help with repairs and improvements. We were very surprised that we managed to raise that much. Thank you to everyone who came and thank you to our committee who work so hard to keep the hall available to our community.
Let us introduce our Stall Holders
It’s always nice to know a little of what we had in store for you. Gradually as the tables were taken up we introduced the stall holders and what they will have on offer for you.
Christmas Decorations by Sharon
Sharon says "I have been making handmade items for Christmas since during lock down. It has become a hobby & I thoroughly enjoy the reaction of customers when they discover that everything I sell has been either sewn, knitted or crocheted by myself"
