A moving mediation split into two parts. Starting at 19:35 with Qigong which anyone can join without any previous experience.
From 20:00 Tai Chi - only for the experienced. The group are happy for the beginner to join and some advice will be given. However this practice is an advanced practice. The majority of the group have practiced together for nearly 20 years.
